Effective January 1, 2024, these are our updated fees for professional services with Realistic Expectations, PLLC:

1 hour session with an LCSW clinician - $225
1 hour session with an LMSW clinician - $160 ($65 discount)
1 hour session with a MSW Intern (when available) - $60
Late cancel/no call no show fee - $75
