I believe in living as your authentic self, and I strive to help my clients achieve that goal.
I’ve been in the mental health field since 1996 and a licensed social worker since 2005. I enjoy working collaboratively with people to help them uncover the answers they've been seeking.
As a clinician, I work with a variety of clients and diagnoses, though my primary focus is supporting the LGBTQIA+ community. My specialties include trauma-informed therapy, depression, anxiety, domestic violence, childhood abuse, religious abuse, and gender dysphoria.
I also provide education for families with loved ones who are transitioning or have already transitioned. I offer individual, couples, family, and group therapy.
My goal is to create a safe, affirming, and welcoming space where clients can be fully themselves—perhaps for the first time—without fear of judgment.
